The NextGen Latino Leaders Program is a free one-week leadership experience for rising Junior and Senior (current 10th and 11th grade) high school students. In order to be eligible to apply, students must reside in the 50 United States, Washington D.C., or Puerto Rico, as well as demonstrate interest in learning more about civic engagement. | |

The Public Policy Fellowship Program is designed for exceptional emerging Latino leaders who want to immerse themselves in the legislative process on Capitol Hill. The nine-month paid program offers talented Latinos an opportunity to accelerate their careers as public policy leaders. | |
The Postgraduate Fellowship Program is designed for exceptional emerging Latino leaders who want to immerse themselves in a specific public policy area. This nine-month paid program offers exceptional Latinos unparalleled exposure to hands-on experience on Capitol Hill in a variety of public policy areas, which may include: Education, Housing, Health, Law, Finance, Technology, Child Welfare and STEM (with a focus on energy and the environment). | |
The Latino Hill Staff Academy (LHSA) is a non-partisan, bicameral leadership program dedicated to the professional and leadership development of Latino/a/x Capitol Hill Staffers, at every role and level, in the United States Senate and the United States House of Representatives. |
